RESIN WHEELS

The peculiarity of resin grinding wheels is the possibility of working at high rotation speeds (40 m/s) compared to magnesite grinding wheels. Furthermore, it is possible to obtain a better finish in the desired product, without running the risk of rust formation. We produce grinding wheels with a diameter ranging from 40mm up to 710mm, with working thickness from 3 to 70mm.

Grinding wheels for cutlery

In the cutlery sector, the most frequently used grinding wheels have a diameter ranging from 400 to 710 mm. Depending on the machines on which they are mounted, they can be equipped with external edges (dovetail or external flat)  or with internal flange. Alternatively there is the possibility of fixing with bolts embedded in the grinding wheel.

The most used grit size is 120, but they can be produced with grits from 80 to 400 based on the type of work and the quantity of material that needs to be removed.

here too the grits range from 80 to 400. The working thickness varies from 3 to 25mm
